Administrative Assistant – Human Resources Beverly Hills, onsite$50,000-$60,000 + benefitsJob **We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This role combines general administrative duties with recruitment support, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and seamless candidate experience during the hiring process.Key *Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team (e.g., scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports).Assist with documentation, and filing (digital and physical).Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers, often across multiple time zones.Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the interview process, providing timely updates and a positive experience.Post job openings on internal and external platformsAssist with resume screening and routing applications to appropriate stakeholders.****1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience; recruiting coordination experience is a plus.Familiarity with HR processesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage competing priorities effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of discretion and professionalismExperience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting /home/candidate.
