Job **We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Payroll Coordinator to manage weekly payroll for a workforce of approximately 650 local employees, including hourly and salaried staff. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while also contributing to the modernization and automation of our payroll processes. Key **Process weekly payroll for approximately 650 employees, including hourly and salaried team members, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Collect and manage time tracking data from field employees and ensure proper documentation.Administer payroll-related resources such as 401(k) contributions, HSA accounts, and other benefits.Generate and analyze payroll-related reports with a focus on providing actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.Identify inefficiencies in current manual reporting processes and recommend technology-driven solutions to automate workflows.Stay up-to-date with payroll laws, compliance standards, and best practices to ensure payroll operations are always compliant.Support the implementation, optimization, and use of HRIS systems and other technology tools integral to payroll.
