What Youll **Manage insurance-related queues, emails, and paper mail with accuracy and timelinessMake and receive calls with insurance companies, customers, and dealers regarding total loss, SCRA, and deceased account processesResearch account history to ensure accurate program application and communicationSupport third-party vendors with account-level research and issue resolutionMaintain detailed documentation in internal systemsCollaborate with internal departments to move claims toward resolution?
