Job Title : Aircraft AssemblerLocation : Middletown, CT (Onsite Role) Duration : 12 Months In this role, you will be working alongside OEM customer teams performing engineering validation tasks supporting aircraft engine development, testing and certification.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate engine test and/or assembly/tear-down actions between the technicians and IPT/Engineering groups.Communicate technical issues to IPT/Engineering groups and work with cross-functional teams to support finding solutions Collect and report flight test data and/or engine assembly/disassembly status to IPT/Engineering groups Local candidates in Connecticut required. Variable shift work sometimes requiredQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / SkillsBS in Engineering or Associate degree with relevant work experience 2+ years relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications/ SkillsStrong analytical, creative problem-solving capabilities Experience in technical management of engine parts, repair, engine test, engine assembly and disassembly Familiar with engine work instructions, part/assembly drawings and materials lists Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint Active security clearance preferred but not required
