The Project Executive will lead the Mission Critical division for a commercial general contractor across the United States. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth, overseeing high-performance teams, and delivering complex data center and infrastructure projects with excellence.Key **Provide executive leadership and direction for mission critical projects nationwide, including data centers, call centers, and high-availability facilities.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and strategic partnerships.Lead project teams through planning, preconstruction, and execution phases with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.Collaborate with senior leadership to define division goals, market strategy, and operational standards.Ensure financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.Mentor and develop project managers and staff to build a strong, scalable team.10+ years of experience in construction management with a focus on mission critical or high-tech facilities.Proven success in leading teams and managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, scheduling tools, and contract management.Ability to travel regularly across the U.S.This is a high-impact leadership role for a driven professional passionate about innovation, reliability, and mission critical excellence.This person will be based in any of the following ***Conway, ARLittle Rock, AROklahoma City, OKTulsa, OKOxford, CTMemphis, TNColumbia, MOKansas City, MOSpring Field, MO```
