We are a Colorado based company specializing in structural and steel fabrication, rebar, and concrete construction accessories for commercial and residential projects. Your role will involve managing a team of professionals, coordinating projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role is in conjunction with his/her day-to-day operations as a project manager as well. Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of rebar professionals.Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.Review, negotiation, and execution of written contract and purchase orders.Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.2. Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of rebar projects.Coordinate with project managers, detailers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.Assure that all change orders are identified, captured, and executedAssure that all RFI’s are properly issued, followed up upon, filed, distributed, documented, and priced if applicable.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes3. Quality Assurance:Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess workmanship, materials, and compliance with specifications.Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues and improve performance4. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to support project requirements and meet production targets.Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize profitability5. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project requirements and resolve issues proactively.Collaborate with management to address and resolve all customer concerns and complaints.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction.Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior management on departmental performance, projects status, and strategic initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Construction Management, or related field. (Preferred)PMP Certification preferred.Experience in Rebar preferred.Proven experience in rebar operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.In-depth knowledge of rebar techniques, materials, equipment, and industry best practices.Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Proficient in project management tools and software applications.Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Knowledge of aSa Studio software (Preferred)Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English is a plus.
