***** Superintendent – Commercial Construction***** Northern VirginiaA well-established general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial projects across Northern Virginia. This role will focus on managing day-to-day construction activities for healthcare, interior renovations, and government builds—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.Key **Lead on-site execution of commercial construction projects (healthcare, interiors, and federal/government)Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and construction schedulesEnsure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standardsOversee daily reporting, inspections, and progress trackingCollaborate with project managers, owners, and design teams to resolve field issuesMaintain project documentation and participate in project meetingsSupervise site staff and ensure timely completion of all milestonesRequired Skills & *5–10+ years of commercial construction experience, including projects in healthcare, interiors, or government sectors.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience managing subcontractors, schedules, and safety on occupied or sensitive sitesFamiliarity with permitting, inspections, and jurisdictional requirements in Northern VirginiaProficient in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)Preferred ****OSHA 30 certificationExperience with federal or government contracting standards a plusStrong knowledge of infection control and compliance protocols for healthcare projectsAbility to manage fast-paced renovation and fit-out schedulesPlease apply directly for more information.
