**We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives and day-to-day operations on behalf of one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing details, coordinating across teams, and keeping projects on track. You’ll play a key role in organizing marketing materials, gathering content, scheduling activities, and supporting both leadership and cross-functional teams.Key *Organize and maintain marketing assets, content libraries, and marketing materials Gather and coordinate content from internal teams and external partners for use across marketing channels Support leadership with administrative tasks, marketing projects, and other initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including to ensure alignment and timely executionAssist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities ****2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentExperience working within the Adobe Creative Suite (preferred, not required)
