A nationally recognized General Contractor with a strong presence across Florida is actively building out its South Florida operations. As part of a strategic expansion into the Fort Lauderdale market, they are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join a growing team that will support public-sector and institutional projects across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.This is a key role for someone who can run estimates independently, collaborate with operations, and interface with clients.
