With a strong pipeline in place and a focus on excellence, they’re now looking for a detail-driven APM to support their Project Management team across all phases of construction.What You’ll Be **? Assisting in the coordination and execution of commercial projects (from pre-construction to closeout)? Supporting communication between subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and clients? Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes? Helping track schedules, budgets, and overall project progress? Document control, reporting, and construction software usage (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)? Occasional site visits and involvement in onsite coordination meetingsWhat We’re Looking *✔️ 2–5 years of experience in a construction APM or Project Engineer role✔️ Commercial or high-end residential construction exposure preferred✔️ Bachelors in Construction Management or related field ideal✔️ Strong organisational and communication skills✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction scheduling toolsWhat’s in It for *? ** $80,000 depending on experience?
