Position OverviewUltimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their clients team in California. This role involves providing crucial administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the office environment. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, assisting with day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall success of the organization.ResponsibilitiesManaging incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Maintaining and organizing files, records, and other important documents.Preparing and editing reports, memos, and other documentation as required.Assisting with various administrative tasks and projects as directed by management.Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.Supporting team members and contributing to a positive work environment.QualificationsPrevious experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.High School diploma or equivalent required.Required Work HoursThe Administrative Assistant position is a full-time role, with required work hours from Monday to Friday, 8AM - 4:30PMAdditional DetailsThe minimum pay for this position is $25 per hour, offering a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
