This is a full-time onsite role focused on full-cycle payroll processing.Key Responsibilities:Run full-cycle weekly payroll for about 160 employeesEnsure accurate data entry, processing, and compliance with payroll lawsHandle garnishments, tax withholdings, and reportingAssist with the transition and setup in Paycom payroll systemSupport HR and accounting teams during changes and cross-trainingWhat You Need:3+ years of strong experience processing full-cycle payroll independentlyPaycom experience highly preferredFamiliarity with California payroll regulationsCertified/prevailing wage or union payroll experience is a plus (not required – client will train)High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentReady to move quickly on the right candidate.PandoLogic.
