Insight Global is looking for an Office Manager that will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations for a religious facility of our client in the San Diego area. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for supporting the needs of our congregation and staff.Key **Administrative ** Oversee all administrative functions, including managing a calendar, coordinating events, and maintaining records.***** Serve as the primary point of contact for congregants, staff, and external partners, handling inquiries and providing information as needed.Office ***** Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped, managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.Financial ***** Assist with budgeting, processing invoices, and managing financial records in collaboration with the finance committee.Event ***** Support the planning and execution of synagogue events, including religious services, educational programs, and community activities.Volunteer ***** Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for various functions and events.***** Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including health and safety standards.***** Prepare and present regular reports to the leadership on administrative activities and operational needs.**Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with database management.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in a nonprofit or religious organization is preferred.**$20/hr to $30/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
