Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Senior Project ManagerPosition type: Full-time ContractDuration: 6+ months contractLocation: Indianapolis, IN As aSenior Project Manageryou will:Lead complex, high-impact projects involving multiple workstreams and stakeholder organizations.Experience in managing projects in diverse industries.Demonstrated experience working with or within state government.Experience with change management, Lean, or Agile methodologies in complex environment.Facilitate meetings and status updates for executive and program leadership.Implement project management best practices and methodologies to optimize project outcomes.The ideal candidate will have: PMP certification8 years of experience managing large, highly-visible enterprise-type projects that involve multiple internal stakeholders or contracted resources.8 years of experience overseeing multiple projects to ensure proper management towards successful conclusion. 6 years of experience developing, monitoring, and maintaining project plans. 6 years of experience of coordinating and monitoring activities of all stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met .6 years of experience of demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals. 6 years of experience of ability to communicate project status to management and project stakeholders. 6 years of experience compiling and presenting data provides a detailed interpretation of what the data means.
