Up to a $5,000 Sign-On-Bonus based on experience!Position is located out of our Greenville, South Carolina district office.This position reports to the Branch Manager. The Suppression Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the Suppression Division. The Manager will supervise technical and administrative personnel in order to achieve any financial or operational goals. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring fire extinguisher, emergency light, and suppression system customer satisfaction. In addition, the Manager is also responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for technical personnel and for ensuring that they are properly trained.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with the Branch Manager and other managers to develop financial and operational goalsEnsure the effective operation of the Suppression Division and the efficiency of Suppression personnelEstablish productivity goals for technical and administrative goals that fit in with the tactical priorities of the DivisionAchieve the assigned monthly goals for revenue and cost control and correct any budgetary deficienciesLead the technical and administrative personnel in providing a high level of customer serviceEnsure that the technical personnel are highly trained in our services and products as well as safetyLearn and ensure compliance with all applicable industry codes JOB REQUIREMENTS:Experience in the fire protection industry and a knowledge of fire extinguishers, emergency lights and suppression system productsKnowledge of fire extinguisher, emergency light, and suppression system industry codes as well as local, state, and federal labor and workplace lawsManagement experience or strong leadership skillsCompetency with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn the Company’s information systems applicationsCommercial customer service experienceStrong written and verbal communications skillsA strong work ethic and professional experience.  DESIRED BACKGROUND:Industry licensing or certification of competency with fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and suppression systems is desired but not required.By applying, you consent to your information being transmitted by StaffAttract to the Employer, as data controller, through the Employer’s data processor SonicJobs.See Impact Fire Services Privacy Policy at and SonicJobs Privacy Policy at and Terms of Use at
