Start's IV's and obtains blood samples.2. Updates care plans as needed.3. Communicates the need for equipment or supplies to Charge RN or Unit Secretary4. Completes assigned admission documentation and assessments.5. Compiles and ensures others comply with all resident privacy and HIPPA requirements.6. Ensures CNA's complete assigned resident care tasks.1. Participates in monthly recapitulation process as requested.2. Ensure DPAC/Advance Directive wishes carried out in accordance with CCC policy and procedure.3. Provides resident and family education and training as assigned documentation11. Participates in resident Care Plan meetings and ensures care plans are appropriate and up-to-date.12. Participates in Nutrition/Weight/Wound meetings13. Assesses weekly measure of wounds14. Contacts MD's for appropriate treatment orders15. Assesses new admits16. Ensures orders are appropriate for treatment C/P skin problems17. Treatment nurse responsible fot the "m" section of the MDS18. Orders specialty beds appropriate to criteria of wounds19. Measure Decubs weekly, preferably on Sunday.
