All Exmark products are designed to help customers increase productivity, while delivering unmatched quality.Hours:2nd Shift, 2pm - 10pmPay: $22.24 plus shift differential $2.00 for a total of $24.24What Will You Do?The Quality Line Inspector is responsible for inspecting assembled products and components to ensure they meet Toro quality standards, specifications, and workmanship requirements. This role works closely with assembly, manufacturing, and quality teams to identify defects, prevent quality escapes, and support continuous improvement on the production line.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect parts, sub-assemblies, and finished products on the assembly line for quality, workmanship, and specification compliancePerform visual, functional, and dimensional inspections using basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges)Identify, document, and communicate quality issues to team leads, supervisors, and quality personnelRemove non-conforming material from the production flow and follow established containment proceduresComplete required quality documentation, inspection checklists, and records accurately and timelySupport root cause investigations and corrective actions as directedFollow standard work, safety guidelines, and quality procedures at all timesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaParticipate in team meetings, audits, and continuous improvement activitiesPerform other duties as assigned to support production and quality goalsWhat Do You Need?To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: High school diploma or GEDAbility to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and quality standardsBasic math skills and attention to detailAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftWillingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as neededPreferred:Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspectionFamiliarity with basic measuring tools and inspection techniquesExperience working in a fast-paced production environmentBENEFITS: Employees are eligible for benefits the first of the month following their hire date.Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k10 paid holidaysVacation and Sick Leaveand more!The Toro Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
