Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role: ISM is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in a performance-oriented environment and is excited to own and scale our digital acquisition engine. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, optimizing, and analyzing paid efforts while collaborating closely with creative and technical teams. As part of our marketing team, you’ll lead our Paid Search, Paid / Organic Shopping, and Paid LinkedIn efforts to drive demand, grow pipeline and revenue. You’ll collaborate closely with our VP of Marketing and Content Creator to develop compelling ad copy, build relevant audiences, and work closely with sales to continuously improve our digital funnel. We are looking to test new ideas towards conversion while growing our active brand recall, helping ISM stand out in a crowded industrial marketplace. Having a firm base in classic PPC / paid media methods will be helpful as we explore new AI based campaign opportunities.  What You’ll Do: Own strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid digital programs including Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and LinkedIn Ads. Build and scale high-performing paid search campaigns across brand, non-brand, competitor, and retargeting programs. Manage Google Merchant Center feeds and Shopping campaigns to drive product visibility and revenue. Lead LinkedIn Ads programs including demand generation, content boosting, and retargeting campaigns. Partner with our content creator to develop targeted campaigns using unique audiences and ad creative. Continuously test and optimize ads, landing pages, and site content to improve conversion rates. Own paid channel reporting, attribution, and performance dashboards.  Who Would Be a Good Fit? A performance-minded marketer who loves owning results from click to close. Naturally analytical and curious about what drives conversion and growth. Comfortable working with creative and technical teams to bring campaigns to life. Excited about testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization. Confident managing budgets, forecasts, and performance targets. A strong communicator who can translate data into insights and action. A self-starter who thrives as an individual contributor with cross-departmental collaboration.  What You’ll Need:  4+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid media programs. Deep experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Google Merchant Center.Strong experience running LinkedIn Ads for B2B demand generation and ABM. Working knowledge of GA4, platform reporting, Looker Studio or some other dashboarding tool. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B environments is a plus. A college degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required). We value curiosity, grit, and results just as much as formal education.   Why Join Us? Own and scale the full paid digital growth engine for an ecommerce B2B distributor.  Work in a collaborative environment where performance, creativity, and innovation are valued. Be part of a company that embraces modern marketing and invests in growth. Enjoy a role with real ownership, visibility, and impact on revenue. Build something meaningful in an industry that is evolving digitally.  About Industrial Specialties Manufacturing: ISM is an ISO 9001-certified global supplier of miniature pneumatic, vacuum and fluid circuitry components to OEMs and distributors.
