Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLocated in Ashland, MAOur client, a manufacturer of hydraulic components, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and General Laborer to join their team in Ashland.The ideal candidate will assist in daily parcel packaging, shipping documentation, and various hands-on tasks including painting, crating, and basic mechanical assembly***** $20.00-$23.00/hour** Monday-Friday 7:00Prepare and ship packages using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping platformsReceive and inspect incoming shipmentsBuild wooden crates for specialized product and equipment shipmentsPaint units according to customer specifications or supervisor instructionsPerform inventory tasks such as restocking parts, conducting cycle counts, and making adjustments in the ERP systemAssist with basic mechanical assembly, product conversions, and plumbing tasks (willing to train)Operate a forklift (training provided)Assist with other general labor duties as assigned by the supervisorPrevious experience with shipping and receivingComfortable using shipping software and basic computer systemsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the dayWillingness to be trained on forklift operation, basic mechanical assembly, and blueprint readingDependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn#3368STExpress *** Waltham-Framingham326 Washington Street AnnexSecond FloorWellesley Hills, MA 02481
