We are committed to safety, dignity, independence, and ZERO tolerance for abuse and neglect.Our team members share a passion for improving the lives of others — and we’d love for you to join us.As a DSP II, you will:Your Role: Direct Support Professional (DSP II)Support individuals with daily living activities (hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals).Encourage and participate in activities like walking, reading, games, and skill-building.Promote independence, socialization, and personal growth.Implement skills-training plans (adaptive, social, functional & community integration).Collect behavioral data and observe daily progress.Work with clinical consultants to create engaging home and community activities.Essential Functions for the RoleEnsure safety, supervision, and well-being at all timesImplement and document Individual Service Plans (ISPs)Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environmentSupport meaningful daily activities in home & community settingsAttend staff meetings, training, and ongoing educationCollaborate with team membersPerform additional duties as neededRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentDSP I & DSP II certification (for DSP role)Current RBT certification (for RBT role)PCM or approved crisis-intervention certificationAt least 2 years of experience with adults with developmental disabilitiesABA knowledge and ability to create task analysis preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsStanding, sitting, bending, walking, and occasional drivingIndoor residential/office environment with occasional outdoor activities Work LocationLa Puente, CA — One location • Not remoteReady to Make an Impact?
