Reporting to the Construction Manager, this individual will oversee crews, subcontractors, equipment, and scheduling to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project execution.This is a boots-on-the-ground position for someone who excels in managing job sites, solving problems in real time, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders. The role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who brings deep knowledge of water/wastewater systems and a hands-on management style.Key Responsibilities:OperationsLead day-to-day management of job sites for water/wastewater infrastructure projectsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams for efficient project deliveryMaintain production schedules and ensure milestones are metEquipment & MaintenanceOversee equipment use and ensure proper maintenance and availability on siteManage equipment inventory and related logisticsQuality ControlConduct ongoing inspections to verify work meets all design, quality, and code specificationsAddress deficiencies promptly to uphold quality standardsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction with a focus on water/wastewater infrastructureProven ability to manage crews and subcontractors on complex, multi-phase projectsIn-depth knowledge of materials, equipment, and construction methods for water/wastewater systemsStrong ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentsProficiency with project management software and field technology toolsBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and performanceComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)Opportunities for advancement and ongoing training
