The Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction planning through final closeoutDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controlsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teamsReview and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractsLead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholdersMonitor project progress, quality, and safety performanceIdentify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on scheduleManage change orders, RFIs, and project documentationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferredExtensive commercial construction experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeMinimum of 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projectsProven ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrentlyCommercial/Industrial, Big Box Retail, Distribution Warehouses, Grocery, and similar project typesProject sizes ranging from $5M to $50MStrong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, materials, and construction methodsProficiency with project management software such as Procore, ProjectSight, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar platformsOSHA 30 preferredPMP or CCM certification is a plusMust be commutable to St. Petersburg, FL and able to support local job sitesBenefitsCompetitive salary: $100,000–$140,000, based on experience and expertiseComprehensive healthcare coverage401(k) retirement planProfit-sharing programPaid time off and company holidaysLong-term career growth with a stable and growing contractor
