This is an excellent opportunity to build or continue your imaging career in a supportive environment that values quality, efficiency, and exceptional patient care.Schedule & CommitmentPart-time: 20 hours per weekShift: Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PMBenefits eligibleCompensation & IncentivesPay range: $29.14 – $44.94/hour, based on experienceSign-on bonus: Up to $1,500 for eligible applicantsPosition OverviewAs a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging exams using specialized equipment while ensuring a high standard of image quality, patient safety, and compassionate care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and clinical team members in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.This role is well suited for technologists who take pride in their technical skills, value teamwork, and are committed to delivering an excellent patient experience.Essential FunctionsMaintain ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functionsEnsure accurate patient identification, order verification, and exam preparationPerform imaging exams according to department protocols and review images for quality and accuracyAdhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environmentComplete studies efficiently without compromising patient care or image qualityAssist and instruct students and other Radiologic Technologists on exam protocols, positioning, and equipment useProvide patient education, ensure comfort, and address patient concernsPractice appropriate infection control and sterile techniquesOperate imaging equipment and related information systems effectivelyMaintain accurate documentation of patient information, procedures, and any adverse reactionsFollow protocols for medical necessity, coding, charging, consents, QC programs, and equipment issue reportingRequired SkillsStrong anatomy knowledgeImage evaluation and quality controlImaging equipment operationContrast protocolsEmergency responseAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective verbal and written communicationElectronic imaging systems proficiencyTask prioritization and time managementCommitment to maintaining a clean, safe clinical environmentMinimum QualificationsAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R) certificationRadiologic Technologist license in the state of practiceBasic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providersMay be required to complete the Medical Assistant (MA) Competency Checklist and perform MA functions in a clinic or InstaCare settingWhy Join Springville Workmed Medical Group?This role offers a consistent part-time schedule, competitive pay, benefits eligibility, and the opportunity to work in a setting that values collaboration, efficiency, and patient-focused care—making it an ideal position for technologists seeking balance, stability, and professional growth.Location:Workmed - SpringvilleWork City:SpringvilleWork State:UtahScheduled Weekly Hours:20The hourly range for this position is listed below.
