This role helps ensure an efficient service workflow, a clean and organized service area, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Move customer vehicles to and from service drive, service bays, and parking areas - Stage vehicles according to service advisor and technician instructions - Greet customers and Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, service bays, and customer waiting areas - Perform basic vehicle preparation, including light cleaning, vacuuming, and washing as needed - Check vehicles for fuel level, warning lights, and general condition - Assist with jump-starts, tire inflation, and minor non-mechanical tasks - Transport vehicles for sublet repairs, inspections, or off-site services - Ensure keys, tags, and paperwork are properly handled and secured - Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies Qualifications & Skills - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred) - Strong time-management and organizational skills - Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment - Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude - Basic automotive knowledge is a plus but not required Physical Requirements - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently - Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Work Schedule - Full-time or part-time - Monday-Friday schedule Compensation & Benefits (optional) - Hourly pay - Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts }}
