Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for process, precision, and performance? Clark Auto Group is seeking Technicians for our Recon Center. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: - Inspection & Diagnosis: Evaluate used vehicles to identify necessary repairs, safety issues, and cosmetic improvements. - Mechanical Repair: Perform maintenance and repairs, including engine diagnostics, brake work, and suspension adjustments. - Cosmetic Reconditioning: Detail vehicles, including exterior polishing, waxing, interior deep cleaning, and minor touch-ups. - Documentation & Workflow: Document all completed services, update repair orders, and coordinate with sales or service teams. - Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to all safety policies. ---------------------------------------- Qualifications: - Strong understanding of vehicle reconditioning processes and timelines - Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Working knowledge of reconditioning - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required ---------------------------------------- Why Join Us?
