Looking for a full-time survey party chief in Escondido, California. High school diploma or GED required Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Party Chief, with a proven track record of leading successful field survey operations Client-focused and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service Proficient in interpreting design and construction plans, as well as metes and bounds descriptions from deeds, plats, and other legal documents Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and quickly adapt to evolving standards, procedures, and project requirements Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment in field decision-making Experience with line coding and data collection best practices Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
