Essential Job Functions: Customer requirements gatheringSystem engineering design against customer requirementsHTML5 web developmentDatabase interaction with web appsAgile development methodologiesUse of API calls to various C#User Interface DesignExperience with reading authentication and/or identification devices (e.G. badges, tags, etc)Experience with ServiceNow API Web InterfaceSpecific Deliverables -Hold design sessions with responsible managers to gather requirements and design informationExecute a deliverable design sessions where principle design architecture is identified and approvedExecute iterative sessions in development to include functionality testing to validate function and design with responsible managerExecute quality assurance testingReceive final signoff and approvals prior to moving system to production useWeekly reports should be produced showing work progress and what deliverables have been metAll code for maintenance and operations of the developed systemAll documentation for the maintenance and operations of the developed systemAll design and requirements documentationEducational Requirements:Level 4: PhD in a technical field with limited experience or Masters degree in a technical field and 2 to 5 years of related experience or Bachelors degree in a technical field and 5 to 10 years of related experience or Associates degree in a technical field and 10 to 15 years of related experience. Requires demonstrated in-depth knowledge and skills in a technical specialty.Level 5: PhD in a technical field and 2 to 5 years of related experience or Masters degree in a technical field and 5 to 10 years of related experience or Bachelors degree in a technical field and 10 to 15 years of related experience or Associates degree in a technical field and 15 to 20 years of related experience. Requires demonstrated in-depth knowledge and skills in a technical specialty. Recognized as an expert in their field.
