JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Dermatology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Rochester, NY Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: June 1, 2026 Ongoing (26 weeks) Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults and Adolescents Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 2535 patients per day Case Mix: General dermatology with option for minor surgical procedures FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic Office Equipment Available: Standard dermatology clinic equipment Support Staff Available: 1 support staff per 12 patients (LPN, RN, MA) Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Rate: TBD Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Not Specified REQUIRED PROCEDURES General dermatology evaluations and treatments Minor dermatologic procedures (optional) JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active NY license required (in hand) Board: Board Certified preferred Certifications: BLS required Experience: Minimum 3 years recent dermatology experience Other Qualifications: Must have recent Epic experience; no significant work gaps DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide outpatient dermatology care Diagnose and treat skin conditions Perform minor procedures if applicable Collaborate with clinic staff Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
