Working knowledge of the OAG environment. Extensive current working knowledge of the Florida PALM Project. Understanding of the OAG Legal Matters Management System Project. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role. Previous experience with enterprise systems. Good understanding of documenting business processes. Demonstrated organizational skills in terms of project management, meeting facilitation and definition of solutions with the business. Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to articulate business solutions, and communicate effectively with technical teams to develop and configure solutions. Strong competency in basic Microsoft 365 applications as well as Visio, Access, and MS Project.
