Job Description

Position Overview:Golden Care Therapy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BCBA Recruiter to lead our efforts in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The ideal candidate is fluent in ABA, has some administrative background, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping clinicians succeed from day one.   Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Interviewing: Manage full-cycle recruitment for BCBAs, including crafting job postings, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of BCBA candidates through active outreach and relationship-building. Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to understand staffing needs, regional demands, and candidate qualifications. Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for newly hired BCBAs, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. Coordinate orientation schedules, introductory meetings, and initial training sessions. Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey. Credentialing & Re-Credentialing Support: Assist with collecting, verifying, and submitting documentation required for initial credentialing and re-credentialing of BCBAs. Track credentialing timelines and proactively follow up to avoid lapses or delays in provider readiness. Qualifications: Familiarity with ABA industry standards, certification bodies (e.g., BACB), and credentialing processes. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a people-first mindset. Tech-savvy and proficient in ATS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication platforms.
