Description & Requirements Description Senior Director, Healthcare Analytics Position Overview: The Sr. Director of Analytics leads the strategic development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive company-wide decision-making and operational excellence. This leadership position oversees the entire analytics ecosystem, from data infrastructure to reporting and visualization, ensuring that Intercare Therapy leverages its data assets to their fullest potential.   Salary:$160k  Reports to: SVP, Technology Strategic Impact & Primary Responsibilities: Drive data-informed decision making across Clinical operations, Finance, and administrative functions by:   Developing and executing the overall analytics strategy  Creating scalable solutions that support company growth  Partnering with executive team to identify and execute on strategic opportunities  Lead and mentor the analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making  Establish data governance frameworks and quality assurance processes  Development and maintenance of cross-departmental reporting tools  Serve as primary liaison for data-related partnerships and vendor relationships  Guide development of data integrations and automations  Lead strategic analysis initiatives to uncover insights for business growth  Drive migration from Excel-based reporting to Tableau/Smartsheet  Technical Skills & Competencies  Expert: Tableau, SQL, Excel, data modeling, statistical analysis  Advanced: DBT, SFTP/API integrations  Working knowledge: ETL processes, AWS Redshift  Strong strategic thinking and business acumen  Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts  Proven ability to influence and drive adoption of data-driven practices  Experience with healthcare data structures and HIPAA compliance preferred  Additional Expectations & Benefits:   Full-time remote position  Minimum quarterly  travel to ICT corporate headquarters (Los Angeles, CA)  Must work Pacific time zone hours 8:30-5:30p  Benefits and Compensation  Competitive salary commensurate with experience  Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision  401(k)   Professional development opportunities  Paid time off and holidays  Required Qualifications: Experience with CentralReach or similar EMR systems a plus  Healthcare analytics experience preferred  Strong managerial experience with hybrid/remote staff  Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data transformation tools (DBT)  Proven experience with AWS data warehouse architecture and optimization  Deep expertise in Tableau, including enterprise-level governance  Education: 8+ years of progressive experience in analytics and data engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred  Intercare Therapy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
