Grow your culinary career in a management position with Sodexo. Sodexo is looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to oversee a significant culinary operation at a high-profile auto manufacturing account in Georgetown, KY. The Executive Chef 1 will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations, which include overseeing the café, catering services, and managing a substantial food volume of 3.5 million. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-level culinary professional with strong front- and back-of-house skills, excellent financial acumen, and a passion for innovation. The selected candidate will oversee the main cafeteria, managing retail dining, catering services, and micro market operations.  What You'll Do: Hands on, lead daily food production, including planning, preparation, and quality controlHigh volume catering productionEnsure compliance with Sodexo Culinary Standards and recipesManage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationshipsDevelop creative, high-quality menus that meet client and customer expectationsTrain, mentor, and supervise a team of 8 Sodexo employeesOversee catering functions, special events, and multi-site food service supportDrive customer satisfaction and continuously elevate the dining experience What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
