Job Description:Under supervision, the Business Intelligence Intern will gain hands-on experience with enterprise data systems and analytics tools. This role supports the Enterprise Analytics Team by assisting with data analysis, report development, and dashboard maintenance, primarily leveraging Epic proprietary data models and other organizational data sources.The intern will work closely with Business Intelligence Analysts and end-users across departments to understand business needs and process flows. Responsibilities include exploring operational and clinical data, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and helping translate data into actionable insights using business intelligence tools.This internship provides exposure to real-world applications of analytics in healthcare, including performance metrics, patient activity trends, and organizational reporting.
