Our team and workload has grown significantly this year and we're looking for a Superintendent for our HQ office!Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.Coordinate and supervise construction activities and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.Collaborate with project managers and clients to address issues and provide solutions.Oversee the quality control of work being performed on site.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or retail construction.Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.BenefitsGenerous Base Salary (flexible depending on experience)Full Benefits- Medical, Dental, and VisionAnnual BonusPer Diem & Housing AllowanceCompany TruckEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
