The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing a team of professionals and subcontractors.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of drywall projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetManage project schedules, budgets, and resources, while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholdersLead and supervise a team of drywall installers and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and safety standards are metConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the projectPrepare and present project status reports and updates to management and clientsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are metNegotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best rates and quality of materialsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)3+ years commercial drywall experience3+ years Project Management experienceExperience with EIFS, stucco, acoustics, metal framing preferredStrong knowledge of drywall installation processes and best practicesExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with project management software and toolsBenefitsSalary $85-120k baseAnnual bonus Medical, Dental, Vision401k w/ matchProfit sharingVehicle allowancePTOHoliday payEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
