Join a company where your work matters and your career can thrive.Position PurposeAs the Asphalt and Grading General Superintendent, I oversee and direct field crews to ensure paving, asphalt repair, and grading projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with contract specifications and quality standards.Duties And ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Lead by example with Sunland's Core Values and a strong commitment to safety.Supervise Foremen and Assistant Superintendents; oversee field operations.Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.Promote a safe work environment, identifying and addressing job-site hazards.Coordinate with leadership to plan and manage production schedules.Oversee pre-construction meetings and ensure resource efficiency.Continuously improve processes to boost quality, productivity, and profitability. Certifications RequiredA current driver's license.
