Check out what we offer: Access to insurance available at 31 days of employmentLow-cost Medical Insurance options, starting at $5 per weekDental and Vision Insurance optionsHealth Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account401(k) with company match$30-$33/hrHSA and Flexible Spending AccountPaid Time Off & Holiday PayCompany paid life insuranceLearn more by visiting / Responsibilities: Responsibilities:Perform start-up of residential HVAC systems in new construction, ensuring proper operation in heating and cooling cycles.Respond to emergency and service calls, travel to job sites, greet customers, and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems under warranty.Diagnose issues, assess necessary repairs, and clearly explain options to customers in understandable terms.Conduct first-year warranty preventive maintenance, including cleaning air handling systems, reheat coils, and replacing filters, motors, fans, belts, and other components.Repair and adjust vents, ductwork, and complete HVAC systems by calibrating or replacing controls, switches, thermostats, transformers, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, and piping.Install, repair, replace, or clean refrigerant lines, fans, appliance vents, smoke detectors, drain pans, and grills as needed.Braze refrigerant lines, pressurize with nitrogen, and manage refrigerant evacuation or refills as required.Test repairs and installations by starting units and checking pressure gauges to ensure proper operation. Qualifications: A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred as well as a minimum of two (2) years of HVAC service training or completion of an approved HVAC training program. Basic computer skills. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. EPA certification is required when dealing with refrigerants. Knowledge of electrical/gas diagnostics and air flow required. A valid driver's license and good communications skills are required.
