Our team is driven by integrity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in every project we take on-from ground-up construction to complex design-build systems.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator with a strong background in commercial electrical construction and design-build projects. This is a key role in our preconstruction team, responsible for developing accurate, competitive estimates that reflect our high standards and help us win and deliver exceptional work.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects, including design-build.Interpret blueprints, specifications, and design documents to develop accurate takeoffs and pricing.Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field operations to ensure alignment between estimates and execution.Evaluate project risks, value engineering opportunities, and constructability.Build and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.Participate in bid reviews and client presentations.QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience in electrical estimating, with a focus on commercial construction and design-build delivery.In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction practices.Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Accubid, ConEst, or similar).Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary range: $90,000-$130,000, based on experiencePerformance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesA collaborative, safety-first cultureBenefitsSalary: $90k-$130k DOEPTOHealth/Dental/Vision insurance401kEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
