Electrical SuperintendentPosition OverviewThe Electrical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee electrical construction projects from inception to completionManage and lead a team of electricians and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulationsDevelop and maintain project schedules and budgetsReview and interpret blueprints and schematicsCoordinate with other trades and subcontractors on-siteConduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets industry standardsCommunicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholdersResolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the projectMaintain accurate project documentation and reportsQualificationsProven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar roleStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulationsExperience in construction project managementAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with scheduling and budgeting processesKnowledge of safety compliance and quality control standardsExperience in commercial, residential, and industrial projectsDegree or certification in electrical engineering or related field is a plusBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k w/ match, etc.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
