Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Weekend Requirement: Every other Holiday Requirement: Rotate in with perm staff Floating Requirements: MedSurg, rehab, or PCU taking MedSurg acuity Beds: 22- average daily census of 6 Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Total knee replacements, total hip replacements, ankle replacements, total shoulders, spines- back and neck RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions. Facility holidays: 12/25/2025, 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025.
