*Salaried Exempt Position MUST have current cheerleading experience**MUST live in the area you work IN CALIFORNIA**Brief Overview of Job:The Field Sales Representative is responsible for effectively promoting and selling all Nfinity products through a consultative-based selling approach. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and securing new customers within assigned geographic territory. Candidates for this position should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated to succeed in a competitive industry and a willingness to grow with the company. Cheer experience and 1-3 years of direct sales experience is required.The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for events within assigned territory, including Cheerleading Competitions, Coaches Conferences, Pop-Up Stores, and any other events that would further the brand awareness in Cheerleading and Volleyball.Primary Responsibilities:Selling Nfinity products within an assigned geographic territoryResponsible for calling and cross-selling to existing customersDeveloping relationships with school and club sports teams within the Cheerleading and Volleyball industriesProspecting for new business and generating new leadsResponsible for prompt follow up on pre-qualified leads provided by the corporate officeRequired to make professional sales presentationsMeet or exceed sales goals that are set and agreed upon by the Team Sales Manager and Field Sales RepresentativeRequired attendance at all Nfinity sponsored events within the designated geographic territoryProvide customer feedback on products and marketplace conditionsManage leads, opportunities, and customers using the company CRM system NetSuiteRun reports in NetSuite on basic customer information, use NetSuite to manage customer baseTravel is required within territory, approximately 75%Travel is required outside of territory, less than 25%Additional Responsibilities:Responsible for project managing Pop-Up Stores as assigned, including venue scouting, contract negotiation and schedulingEvent set-up and break-down of events as assignedIdentifying and requesting marketing materials from the Marketing department prior to scheduled eventsEvening and weekend work will be requiredDesired Skills and Experience:Bachelors Degree REQUIREDRecent Cheerleading/Dance experience REQUIRED1-3 years direct sales experienceProficient with Excel, Word & Power PointGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent work ethic and self starterHave a Hunter mentalityWell organized and goal orientedWorking knowledge of the athletic sales industry preferredHigh energy level and professional appearanceAbility to succeed in a competitive environmentRequired to attend quarterly Territory Meetings and an annual National Sales MeetingMust have access to a computer and high speed internetField travel is the responsibility of the Sales RepresentativeCompensation:A competitive compensation structureUncapped commissionsPTOCompensation for approved travel expensesContributions to healthcare401k (after a 1 year of employment)
