PARTNERSHIP SERVICES SPECIALIST (COUGAR SPORTS PROPERTIES)Pullman, WAOn-SiteTHE RUNDOWNPlayfly Sports is looking for a Partnership Services Specialist to join our team in Pullman, WA.The Partnership Services Specialist will act as a main point of contact for clients & sponsors that have partnered with Playfly Sports at their property. This role will be responsible for client contract fulfillment, cultivating positive client relationships and performing other tasks as required on behalf of Playfly Sports Properties at the partnered high school or university.What You’ll AccomplishWork with the General Manager to support and activate enterprise partnership agreementsMeet with clients to assist with developing key marketing objectives in alignment with contract obligationsReview corporate partner agreements to fulfill client benefits and develop & maintain relationship between partners and Playfly Sports PropertiesExecute corporate partner promotions, including coordination of pre-game and in-game promotions with university athleticsAssist with or lead the planning and implementation of special events, sponsor promotions, including coordination of in-game promotions with property athletics department; May require additional guidance from direct manager depending on size of the propertyManage operational tasks related to contract processing and day-to-day office operationsAssist with the execution of marketing promotions with clientsDevelop and assist with the execution of traffic building promotions with clientsSupport team incremental sponsorship revenue push to exceed individual and team goalsUphold and support by example a culture of hard work, creativity – always building team belief in the revenue goalCollaborate with finance team to manage and process invoicesObtain and manage all necessary proof of performance records to communicate success rates of partnershipEntertain and cultivate sponsors in various settingsMaintain CRM software to ensure data is up to date for reporting and metricsOther job-related duties as assignedWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree requiredTwo (2) years of experience in sport sponsorship or entertainment fieldsOutstanding communication skills are essential for interactions with clients, operational leaders and other senior executivesProficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerpointDemonstrated professional sales presentation skillsTravel, Lifting, Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, and walk up stairsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsBe available for game day Saturdays, evening athletic events and coach’s shows.Be available to travel for client presentationsBe available for hours and duties in correlation to the client fulfillment responsibilities of Playfly Sports PropertiesCompensationThe base pay range for this role is $24 to $26 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
