RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, drywall, and Audio Video equipmentRemove snow outside of Stag Lodge during winter seasonMaintain and improve landscaping and exterior appearanceOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Must be 18 years oldAble to work with various chemicals including pool chemicals, concrete sealers, and painting productsAble to work on ladders and scaffoldings, use power tools and equipment, and operate company vehicles in a variety of weather conditionsMust be able to perform heavy lifting and strenuous work such as snow removal, stocking firewood and filling water softener brine tanks with saltAble to work in close quarters, from heights, or in underground enclosuresSmart phone required; hand and specialty tools provided Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAble to work competently with a wide variety of toolsAble to work variable shifts and weekendsAble to lift and carry 25-50 lbs.DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT:Flex Year Round - may have periods of layoff or reduced hoursPAY RATE:Pay: $23.00 per hour Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
