ResponsibilitiesPrepare patients for scanningDetermine appropriate type and dose of contrast to be administeredProvide accurate explanations and instructionsPerform venipuncture, IV patency and maintenance procedures according to established guidelinesMonitor the patient's physical condition for any adverse reactions during the procedurePerform any and all other duties as assigned QualificationsJob RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDA minimum of 3 years' experience in CT scanActive and current New Jersey State License"”NJDEP Radiologic TechnologistMaintains CEU CreditsAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.) certificationAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationPreferred Job RequirementsAssociate's degree is in Applied Science Pay Range Minimum: $35.68 Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
