We are seeking Marketing Assistant/Coordinator III (Global Marketing Consultant – DMI) Contract Duration: 6+ Months Pay Rate: $31.91/hour Location Hybrid from NYC, NY Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Assistant/Coordinator III to join our global marketing team as a Consultant f As a Consultant, you will play a key role in driving product and campaign ideation, overseeing development from concept to launch, and collaborating across global teams to ensure impactful, on-time market introductions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the concepting and development of the Women’s Ralph Lauren brands globally. Oversee product and campaign ideation, grounded in competitive/market insights, trend analysis, and launch strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams and international markets to ensure full 360 campaign development and timely delivery. Manage artwork development, including reviewing and approving all mechanicals. Collaborate with the Ralph Lauren agency, licensing partners, and key internal stakeholders. Assess digital/social media needs; develop compelling digital assets in alignment with the Manager and project timelines. Stay abreast of competitive beauty trends across platforms (social, blog, print, TVC, OOH, POS). Brief and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated consumer launch plans (e.g., hero assets, POS, PDP copy, social activations). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. 2–3 years of relevant experience in global marketing or DMI (beauty or CPG industry preferred). Experience in product development and launch management. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Digitally and socially savvy with a deep understanding of the evolving beauty and fragrance landscape. Strong appreciation and alignment with the Ralph Lauren brand and fashion identity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint. Ability to work independently, manage projects proactively, and overcome obstacles. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
