Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first! My Auto Store is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive continued success. This role will be worked 100% onsite in Camden, NJ. There is no opportunity to go remote or hybrid.   Position Summary:  The Sales Manager will lead our automotive parts sales department, overseeing a team of sales professionals and driving performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in managing inventory, setting and achieving sales targets, optimizing sales operations, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.  Key Responsibilities:  Set sales goals and performance targets; lead the team in achieving and exceeding them.  Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to foster professional growth and team success.  Resolve customer concerns promptly and in line with company standards.  Establish competitive pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer loyalty.  Monitor customer service guidelines to ensure exceptional satisfaction across the board.  Analyze monthly sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses to meet profitability targets.  Approve or deny daily return requests in a timely manner.  Review daily invoices to confirm accurate customer coding for financial reporting.  Partner with finance, marketing, and operations to streamline internal processes.  Engage in strategic negotiations with large clients to secure new business.  Utilize inventory control systems to track and optimize parts sales.  Stay current with industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.  Perform other duties as assigned.  Qualifications:  Required:  5–8 years of experience in automotive industry, preferably used auto parts industry  Proven leadership experience in a sales management or supervisory role (2–3 years preferred).  Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.  Experience using inventory management systems.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.  Salary: $100 - 140k/yr #LI-onsite  EMR USA Metal Recycling provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. *E-Verify is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
