Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Agilist with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAFe Framework SAFE Jira and Agile Methodologies. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on Asset and Wealth Management. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our agile practices and driving successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile methodologies to enhance team performance and project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that align with business objectives. Utilize SAFe Framework to guide teams in scaling agile practices across the organization. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Oversee the use of Jira for tracking project progress and ensuring transparency across all stakeholders. Coordinate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively. Implement strategies to mitigate risks and resolve impediments that may impact project timelines. Drive the adoption of agile best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the agile process for better outcomes. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and quality. Ensure that all agile processes are documented and maintained for future reference and compliance. Collaborate with other scrum masters to share knowledge and promote a unified approach to agile practices. Support the development of agile metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in SAFe Framework and Agile Methodologies essential for guiding teams effectively. Demonstrate proficiency in using Jira for project tracking and management. Have a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices crucial for driving successful project outcomes. Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus providing valuable domain insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Ability to coach and mentor team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Certifications Required Certified SAFe Scrum Master Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $70K– $90k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
