Avenica is a Talent Partner of Walser Automotive Group, helping to launch dynamic careers at their Lake Country Toyota location in MN. This is an application for a Parts Counterperson at Walser Automotive Group hiring immediately. No prior automotive experience is required! This position is a full-time, direct hire position with great benefits.Location: In-person in Baxter, MNSchedule: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm CT + Rotating Fri and Sat (5 days/week)Compensation: $17/hr - $18/hr DOEResponsibilities Include: Assist internal and external customers by locating parts, creating quotes or invoices, and providing friendly, efficient service.Manage incoming and outgoing parts orders, including checking in stock, pulling and shelving inventory, and processing special or backordered items.Coordinate part deliveries to technicians and wholesale customers; support setup of delivery schedules.Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and help resolve damage or shortage claims with the manufacturer.Scrap warranty or obsolete parts as needed and support daily operations in partnership with the Parts Manager.We're Looking For:High School Diploma or equivalent required3+ years of experience in a customer service or sales position.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Capability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.High level of detail orientation and accuracy while having the ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities.Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordThis position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.Comprehensive Benefits include:Health, Dental, Vision coverage & HSA/FSAPaid Parental Leave (Maternity, Paternity, Adoption)Adoption Assistance ProgramLife Insurance and 401K with Employer MatchPet insurance and Employee discounts, & moreUpon completing the application, you will be prompted to complete our HAALO inventory.
