Teach and assist members with various activities of daily living skills, (e.g., shopping, budgeting, food selections, safety skills, mobility training, etc.) . Maintain a minimum caseload of at least 3-5 clients, and complete documentation on time. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to effectively communicate through written and verbal format.  Performs case management duties which include the procuring of, and linkage to community resources. Ability to drive a 7-12 passenger vehicle. Conducts one-to-one and group sessions related to teaching Activities of Daily Living skill.
