$19.00/Hour, Benefits on Day 1!Monday -Friday 1st ShiftESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Trim and customize portions of meat products using knives, band saws or other meat production equipment.Count and stack on tray portions per desired customer and company specificationsLabel portion with supplied number product labelsNeeds to be able to read and understand cut tickets.Set up cutting room as requiredKeep cutting room and surrounding area clean and sanitized.Must adhere to USDA Safety and Sanitation regulations for food safety requirements.Complete miscellaneous other duties as assigned.SUPERVISION:The incumbent is not required to provide direct supervision for any position.RELATIONSHIPSThe incumbent is required to interact with employees, customers, and vendors at all levels of responsibility throughout the company in a professional manner.WORK ENVIRONMENTWork continually in a refrigerated environment 35F- 45Fdegrees.
